TRUE COLOURS presents the new & old photograms of Kim Coleman, sculptural work by Elisa Garrote Gasch and the ghost of participation, Anna Zett.
Kim Coleman is a London-based artist working with video, performance and lighting. Her recent work includes a series of live shows for the band Django Django and the music video“Waveforms." Coleman's interest in light, reflection and the live performance experience often leads to beautifully orchestrated, sensitive and sometimes stunning works.
Elisa Garrote Gasch (Berlin) is a visual artist working in the field of packaging, recycling and waste-culture. In her work she manipulates everyday objects creating visual games and new meanings that question our economical and spiritual relationship to thes objects. The work on show in TRUE COLOURS offers playful insight on an item, which is often overseen or left behind, yet ever so essential. The lighter.
Anna Zett (Berlin) will give a reading/performance tailored especially for TRUE COLOURS. A surprise.
TRUE COLOURS is an ongoing series of exhibitions that deal with colour. Eröffnung: Samstag 20. Juli ab 19 Uhr/ from 7 pm. Ausstellung: Sonntag 21. Juli - 16-20 Uhr
